


The mission of the La Salle Catholic College Preparatory’s Athletic Department is to educate student-athletes about the values associated with athletic competition and to help them reach their athletic potential. Student-athletes will represent the qualities of a Lasallian school to the community, while growing into men and women of excellent character.
Today’s meet was very successful for the La Salle swimmers!
Here are the results:
Girls’ 200 Medley Relay qualified for tomorrow’s finals
Girls’ 20 Individual Medley – Katie Hendrickson finished #2 alternate for finals (= 8th)
Girls’ 100 yard butterfly – Katie Hendrickson finished 9th
Boy’s 100 yard butterfly – Dylan Dripps qualified for tomorrow’s finals
Girls’ 100 free – Alexa Bryant-Capellas finished 9th; Alison Burros finished 10th
Boy’s 100 free – Lucas Flagg – finished 9th
Boys’ 500 free – Ryan O’Leary finished 10th
Girls’ 100 back – Alexa Bryant-Capellas – finished 8th; Kathleen Cheney finished 9th
Girls’ 400 free Relay – qualified for tomorrow’s finals
Boy’s 400 Free relay – finished 10th

Girls’ 200 Medley Relay = 8:00 AM
(awards presented after 200 free ~ 8:15 AM)
Boys’ 100 Fly = 9:10 AM
(awards presented after 100 free ~ 9:17 AM)
Girls’ 400 Free Relay = 10:34 AM
(awards presented after 400 free relay ~ 10:40 AM)
Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for students.

This winter, Elise Christoferson has represented La Salle as a ski racer. She is participating in the Three Rivers League Races. The schools in the Three Rivers League are all 6A schools. (West Linn, Lake Oswego, Lakeridge, Lincoln, Wilson and Tualatin) Elise came in first on January 16, in a slalom race and was second in giant slalom races on January 30 and February 6. She is in second place overall in the Three Rivers League.
